• Contact & booking details (name, email, phone, address, service location), order details, notes you provide.
• Communications (emails/SMS you send us, responses to campaigns).
• Device & usage data (IP address, pages viewed, approximate location, browser/device identifiers, interactions).
• Payment-related data (handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).
• Sources: you (forms/booking), our booking provider, email/SMS provider, analytics/ads partners, and publicly available sources (e.g., address validation).

4) How we use information

• Provide and manage services, quotes, bookings, and customer support.
• Send service communications (confirmations, reminders) and—with your opt-in—marketing emails/SMS about offers and updates.
• Improve our website and services; prevent fraud/abuse; comply with law.
• Run analytics and (if enabled) interest-based advertising/remarketing.

5) Our service providers & partners

We share information with vendors who help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions, such as:

• Booking (e.g., Fieldd for scheduling, confirmations, and appointment management).
• Email/SMS (e.g., a provider such as Brevo to send emails/texts and measure engagement).
• Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and ads (e.g., Google/Meta) if enabled.
• Payments (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Square)—they process your payment info directly.
• IT, security, and support vendors.

We may also share information to comply with law, protect rights/safety, or in a business transfer (e.g., merger/acquisition).

6) Email & SMS (text) communications

• Service messages (e.g., confirmations, reminders) are part of fulfilling your order.
• Marketing messages require your opt-in. By opting in, you agree to receive automated, recurring messages; message frequency varies; carrier msg & data rates may apply; consent is not required to buy. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS; use the unsubscribe link in emails or contact us.

7) Cookies & similar technologies

Disclosures

We disclose personal information to service providers and (if enabled) advertising partners. We do not sell your personal information. We may “share” identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out by using our “Cookie Settings,” adjusting platform ad settings (Google/Meta), or emailing us with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”

Your CPRA rights

• Right to know/access, correct, and delete personal information.
• Right to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
