Common questions
Do you use high pressure on siding?
No. We **soft wash** siding and other delicate materials. High pressure is reserved for hard surfaces like concrete and pavers.
How should we prepare?
Please move cars off the driveway, close windows/doors, and clear small items from the work area. We’ll handle the rest.
Is the cleaning solution safe?
We use professional-grade cleaners and apply them responsibly. Rinsing and plant protection are part of our process.
What about rust, oil, or paint?
Light rust/efflorescence and many oil stains come up well. Deep oil/paint may improve but not fully disappear—tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll advise.
Do you service businesses?
Yes—storefronts, walkways, and common areas. Ask about off-hours scheduling.
